Student Experience Coordinator

As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional student experiences. This is a non-teaching position that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work full-time on campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely assistance and gather data on student queries
  • Issue Music/Meeting Room Keys as required
  • Inspect Music Room condition
  • Update & maintain staff directory
  • Update & maintain student directory
  • Display posters effectively
  • Handle reception phone calls efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Coordinate appointments
  • Order food/snacks for student activities
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proactive and energetic disposition
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work full time on campus
  • Valid working with Children Check
  • Be agile and problem solve
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Well-developed administration and communication skills that include a high level of accuracy and an attention to detail that allows the appointee to undertake basic financial transactions and data entry processes
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
