Automotive Solutions Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Business Manager to join our team. As an Automotive Business Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional automotive solutions to our customers.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the F&I Business Manager and Sales Manager to ensure seamless integration of finance and insurance solutions.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
To be successful as an Automotive Business Manager, you will need:
- A strong analytical mind and excellent decision-making skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- A high level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite.
- Necessary finance and insurance accreditation or the ability to rapidly acquire it.
