Automotive Finance and Insurance Business Manager

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on their feet and outside the box for our customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing our customers with the best automotive solutions available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing customers with the best automotive solutions available
  • Working closely with our F&I Business Manager and Sales Manager
  • Sales and delivery of finance solutions
  • Sales and delivery of insurance solutions
  • Sales and delivery of aftermarket solutions
  • Administrative duties including system processing and stock control
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and outside the box for our customers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to double close deals and assist the Sales Consultants
  • Must be detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work across multiple sites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite
  • Hold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire
