Automotive Business Manager

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Finance and Insurance professional to join our sales team. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for providing customers with expert automotive solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and delivery of finance solutions
  • Sales and delivery of insurance solutions
  • Sales and delivery of aftermarket solutions

You will work closely with our F&I Business Manager and Sales Manager to achieve this goal.


Administrative Duties:
  • System processing – stock control

Within six months, you will take on additional responsibilities including:


Key Performance Indicators:
  • Sales and delivery of finance solutions
  • Sales and delivery of insurance solutions
  • Sales and delivery of aftermarket solutions
  • Assisting with vehicle stock control
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly performance measures
  • Drive to meet high conversions and sales rates while ensuring the customer's best interest comes first
  • Strengthen relationships between customers and the dealership

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and outside the box for our customers
  • Strong customer service skills and eager to be part of a strong sales team
  • Ability to double close deals and assist the Sales Consultants
  • Must be detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work across multiple sites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite
  • Hold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire
