Senior Automotive Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Automotive Business Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional automotive solutions to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training and development programs for sales and delivery teams, focusing on finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions
- Ensure efficient administrative processes, including system processing and stock control
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets
- Strengthen customer relationships and foster strong partnerships between clients and the dealership
Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to drive results
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals
- Capacity to think creatively and outside the box to meet customer needs
- High level of customer service skills and enthusiasm for collaboration within a high-performing sales team
- Ability to effectively double close deals and support Sales Consultants
- Detailed-oriented and process-driven individual with ability to work autonomously and across multiple sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Necessary finance and insurance accreditation or rapid acquisition of same
