Product Manager, Consumer Insurance

About the Role
The Consumer SME will be the key liaison between stakeholders, customers, squads, and project teams for alignment and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Consumer Insurance in cross-functional squads, defining and prioritizing business requirements to meet strategic objectives.
- Ensure successful solution delivery, including acceptance criteria, testing practices, and release activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine business needs and manage Consumer Insurance risk.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, showcasing features to support deliverables.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, squads, and project teams for alignment and transparency.
- Work with Motor T&E leadership and Product Owners to identify and align value opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of insurance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Portfolio/Product roles.
- Minimum of 1 year in project delivery.
- Technical knowledge of Consumer products, systems, and processes, as well as customer communications, documents, and notices, including Tech Specs, XMLs, and templating.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complexity to various audiences.
- Advanced commercial acumen with a solid understanding of key business drivers.
