We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Marsh Pty Ltd. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and providing expert advice on insurance solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar account management role within the insurance industry. They will possess strong knowledge of insurance products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, identifying opportunities to provide solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage policy administration, billing, and claims management.
  • Ensure that all client interactions are accurately documented and that records are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
