We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our team as a 2IC. This role involves supporting daily centre operations, leading educators to create engaging learning experiences, and building positive relationships with children, families, and the local community.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Assist with daily centre operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Lead and inspire educators to create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and the local community.
  • Support rostering, enrolments, compliance, and administrative tasks.
  • Confidently step into the Centre Director's role when required.
">Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care, approved by ACECQA.
  • Previous leadership or 2IC experience in early childhood education.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
