Senior Director Work Health Safety

This senior leadership role oversees work health and safety across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic direction and oversight of the WHS Unit.
  • Developing and implementing the WHS Strategy and OV Prevention and Management Strategy.
  • Managing the WHSMS.
  • Coordinating HSR training and support.
  • Oversight of WHS consultation and communication arrangements.
  • Management of the Staff Incident Reporting system and help desk support.
  • Staff Early Intervention Physiotherapy (EIP) Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in work health and safety, with experience in leading and managing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
