Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to manage and supervise our projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project management, leading construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

About the Role
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Lead construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain site discipline and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and plans to achieve project goals.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and site logistics to optimize project efficiency.
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing and supervising projects.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire teams and deliver exceptional results.
  • Solid understanding of construction techniques, NCC, and relevant regulations.
  • Clear, professional communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
