Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator

 

The successful candidate will oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and project planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple infrastructure projects concurrently.
  • Develop and implement project programs, timelines, and forecasts.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Ensure safety compliance on-site, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Monitor and track project performance, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Coordinate material procurement and supervise works to meet specifications and client expectations.

 

For this role, we seek a seasoned professional with experience in managing infrastructure projects within the construction or civil industries. A strong understanding of project planning, forecasting, and reporting is essential.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in project planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of safety management systems and compliance.
  • Experience working with ITPs and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage competing priorities.
