Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate work requests, liaise with trades and sub-contractors, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

  • This role involves coordinating scheduled works and projects, maintaining the scheduling database, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Liaising with clients, management, and other stakeholders to ensure job details are up-to-date and scheduled services are undertaken.
  • Investigating and following up on job queries to ensure the scheduling team has all necessary information.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar office coordination role or related field.
  • Highly organised with proven ability to manage high volumes of work, meet deadlines, and prioritise conflicting priorities and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a 'can do' attitude and attention to detail.
  • A methodical and thorough approach to work, with experience using various computer software packages, including MS Office.
