A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Project Lead to bring large-scale visions to life by overseeing remodelling works and future development projects across premium Gold Coast assets.

Project Overview

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing timelines, budgets, and risk management across active worksites. They will lead the planning and delivery of building upgrades and interior fit-outs, as well as coordinate site inspections and variations.

Key responsibilities include liaising with local council and managing development approval processes (DA), preparing scopes of work, technical documents, and compliance reports. The successful candidate will also provide regular status updates to senior leadership on all active and pipeline projects.

This is a full-time role with a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 + super based on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in project management within construction, development, or engineering, along with a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.

Familiarity with QLD building codes, project compliance, and local DA processes is essential. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are also required.

Proactive and highly organized, the successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
