Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking to engage a skilled Project Manager to lead our Power & Energy Team. This role can be based in any of our offices across Australia.

Responsibilities:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering; Proven experience with project management software and tools;
  • Effective leadership and collaboration with team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and coordination of deliverables;
  • Strategic financial management, client liaison and contract administration;
  • Oversight and governance of projects to resolve project issues and ensure project product is of high quality;
  • Coaching and support to project personnel;
  • Development of strong and effective client relationships through successful project delivery and targeted activities;
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering; Project Management certifications highly beneficial;
  • Minimum 10 years Project management experience of complex and large-scale Civil Infrastructure on Energy projects;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advise and guide project delivery in a proactive manner;
  • A track record of achievement in a similar role and passion for building trusted relationships with key clients to drive positive change and win new work;
