About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished professional to oversee multiple projects from inception to delivery, encompassing project planning, scope definition, timelines, quality assurance, and financial control. This role demands effective client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and exceptional project delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, reporting directly to a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Develop project management plans addressing Scope, HSE, and Quality outcomes
  • Coordinate projects from design to completion
  • Support the management of construction documents for completeness and ensure all personnel are aware of the scope and obligations under the contract
  • Actively lead Design and Constructability reviews
  • Maintain project cost plans, including forecasting risks and cost contingencies

Requirements

We seek a highly skilled professional with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Proven project and team management experience (5+ years) in a project, construction or similar role
  • PRINCE2 certification highly regarded
  • High level management and organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing communication and teamwork skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Experience managing a team
  • Able to manage pressure and maintain a high level of energy
  • Be a strategic thinker, client-focused, collaborative, organized, and enthusiastic
