About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Construction Project Manager to lead our team and drive project outcomes.

You will be responsible for overseeing both existing and newly awarded projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering successful results.

Key responsibilities include creating and implementing innovative construction methodologies, producing detailed project programs, and monitoring milestones and costs to ensure timely completion.

You will also be responsible for planning and implementing procurement processes, working with supervisors to identify variations, and generating variation reports.

A key aspect of this role is to implement environmental controls as necessary to protect the environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in civil engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience on major infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record in health and safety compliance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
