About this Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our Student Success Division at Central Queensland University's Brisbane campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, face-to-face, via phone, and via email.
  • Assist and triage enquiries, resolving day-to-day queries and escalating complex issues to other team members.
  • Support the wider team and gain knowledge of the broader services provided by our Student Engagement Team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a front-line customer service role, assisting and triaging enquiries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of systems, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite, or ability to quickly learn.
