About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer to join our professional services team in a customer-facing consulting role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with external customers and exposure to all aspects of delivering projects, including consulting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

This role requires exceptional collaboration skills, the ability to build strong partnerships with customers and within the organization, and a willingness to adapt to changing requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Customers, Partners, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure assigned IT infrastructure-based projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions, providing pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our clients.

Requirements
  • Prior experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments.
  • Design, implementation, and optimization experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV), and other related technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.
