Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our Professional Services team. This is a customer-facing consulting position that requires exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with customers.

The successful candidate will have previous Professional Services experience with external customers and exposure to all aspects of delivering projects, including consulting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Please note that to be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and possess a NV1 security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers, partners, sales, and technical teams to deliver IT infrastructure-based projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for implementation services and solutions, provided remotely or on-site.
  • Provide pre-sales support and expertise to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with external enterprise customers in delivering projects in professional services environments.
  • Must have design, implementation, and optimization experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV).
  • A proven ability to communicate solutions effectively with various levels of staff and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
