Job Overview

This role entails providing comprehensive operational support across a diverse range of enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver switch and access point provisioning, as well as troubleshooting services.
  • Maintain and manage firewalls, including SD-WAN configuration and support tasks.
  • Support the upkeep of enterprise backup systems, such as NetBackup and Commvault.
  • Provide DNS and domain registration assistance using AWS Route 53.
  • Offer general platform support for AWS EC2.
  • Packaging and testing applications within Microsoft Intune; assist with Windows update and secure baseline deployments.
  • Support basic Microsoft Exchange administration, both on-premises and online.
  • Provide infrastructure support for new site onboarding and technology service implementation.
  • Maintain process knowledge and documentation across supported platforms.
  • Engage with vendors and partners to resolve BAU issues and escalated technical incidents.
  • Assist in responses to audits, compliance checks, and licensing reviews.
Key Requirements:
  • Familiarity with HPE Aruba switching and wireless stacks.
  • Experience with Fortinet firewalls and SD-WAN configuration.
  • Knowledge of enterprise backup systems (NetBackup, Commvault).
  • Understanding of DNS and domain registration processes (AWS Route 53).
  • General knowledge of AWS EC2 platforms.
  • Skill in packaging and testing applications within Microsoft Intune.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Exchange administration.
