**Job Title:** Senior Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Infrastructure Specialist to lead our platform development efforts. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure infrastructure solutions that enable seamless application deployment and integration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with software engineers to support system integration and deployment
  • Lead technical design discussions and mentor team members on infrastructure best practices
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools and scripting
  • Implement and manage containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Ansible) platforms
  • Support and secure enterprise Linux environments, ensuring compliance with security standards
  • Conduct capacity planning and performance forecasting
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure performance
  • Manage infrastructure risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain disaster recovery plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and virtualization
  • Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Ansible)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
  • Familiarity with IaC tools and scripting
  • Knowledge of security standards and compliance regulations
