Employment Relations Advisor

HR Partners, in partnership with a leading organisation, is seeking an experienced Employment Relations Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm and welcoming environment that fosters a love of learning.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations matters and ensuring adherence to Australian employment laws and regulations. You will provide high-quality advice to stakeholders and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to develop proactive solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employment relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards (NES), and relevant awards and agreements.
- Develop and implement employment policies and procedures that align with best practices and legal requirements.
- Conduct investigations into workplace complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Support managers in handling performance management issues and employee development plans.
- Facilitate training sessions on employment law, workplace behaviour, and conflict resolution.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employment relations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Related tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a relevant field.
