About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Compliance Specialist to join our team at Bluefin Resources. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust compliance strategies and frameworks for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust compliance strategy and framework for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
- Provide expert advice and support on wage compliance concerns, offering valuable input on management strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all aspects of employment relations adhere to legal requirements.
- Support the Employee Relations Consultancy program and wage & entitlement compliance projects.
- Develop governance, frameworks, and systems to enable sustainable compliance and successful implementation of strategies.
- Perform ongoing audits and evaluations to identify areas of risk or opportunity for improvement.
About You
- Proven experience in designing and implementing robust compliance strategies and frameworks for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, including wage & entitlement compliance.
- Strong experience providing specialist advice and support on employee relations and industrial relations compliance matters, contributing valuable input on management strategies.
- Expertise in industrial instrument compliance, interpretation, and implementation, ensuring all aspects of employment relations align with state and federal law.
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or human resources, with a focus on employment and industrial relations.
