Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to lead our CRM, Marketing Automation and Lifecycle Marketing capability. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven CRM strategies that enhance database engagement, retention, and growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create personalised multi-channel customer journeys and leverage data insights to drive actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, build, and optimise marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform ecosystem.
  • Drive the adoption of agile principles in marketing operations and campaign delivery to ensure seamless execution and analysis.
  • Design and execute omni-channel automation journeys and campaigns that are tailored, relevant, and optimised from start to finish, including concept development, execution, and evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud email marketing and automation platform, including strategic direction, platform enhancement, and hands-on use.
  • A proven track record of creating measurable customer and business outcomes through marketing automation initiatives.
  • Digital strategy and execution experience centred around driving business growth.
  • Team leadership experience and a desire to lead and mentor.
