**MARKETING SPECIALIST** - For Emma Dunwoody Pty Ltd_ **Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience** - Must have an **extensive and in-depth knowledge and understanding** of the Human Design system as well as the Gene Keys - Must have at least **3 years experience** working with Kajabi and be able to operate the system at an expert level - Must have at least **3 years experience** in a marketing role and be able to demonstrate the knowledge and capability to run the entire marketing strategy without much guidance - Must have at least **3 years experience** in a social media manager role and be able to demonstrate the knowledge and capability to run the entire marketing strategy without much guidance - Must have experience working with Canva and the ability to create branded graphics and advertisements, as well as social media content - Must have experience creating and publishing effective advertisements using Facebook/Meta - Must be able to travel anywhere in the world multiple times per year, for extended periods, for job-related events - Must be able to be in Byron Bay at any given time for job-related tasks and events - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Strong organisation and prioritisation skills - Excellent analytical, communication, leadership and customer service skills - Proficiency in technology and all "back-end" systems to operate the business - Knowledge and experience with strategies for podcast growth and monetization - **Bonus**: experience with Buzzsprout Podcast platform, ManyChat for Instagram, Zapier, Circle, and the BodyGraphChart software **The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for (and not limited to)**: - Lead Generation - Social Media (all posts including reels and stories, ads, campaigns and promotions) - Evergreen Marketing Strategies - Marketing Strategies that effectively and ethically scale the business - Organizing and promoting online workshops, programs and courses - Organizing and promoting in-person events and retreats - Tracking metrics and providing regular updates and reports on business growth and revenue - Maintaining the website - Ensuring the health and flow of all business "back end" systems - Customer support where relevant **Other Details**: Full time position Able to work remotely with some in-person and travel required Salary range 75,000 - 100,000 AUD/year with opportunity for commission based on performance Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Supplementary Pay: - Performance bonus Application Question(s): - Do you have an in-depth knowledge of both Human Design and The Gene Keys? **Experience**: - Kajabi: 3 years (preferred) - Marketing: 3 years (preferred) - Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred) **Location**: - Byron Bay, NSW 2481 (preferred) Willingness to travel: - 25% (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Byron Bay, NSW 2481 Application Deadline: 14/11/2024
