Drive Digital Transformation

We seek a seasoned Hybrid Product Manager & Project Manager & Business Change Manager to drive strategic initiatives and deliver tangible business outcomes.

This role combines Sales, Operations, Product, and Technology expertise to transform business processes and enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.

As a key driver of our digital transformation journey, you will work with business leaders to identify challenges, opportunities for improvement via Tech capabilities, and develop solutions that leverage workflow automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic leader who can adapt their approach to achieve outstanding business results. They must possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills, be able to navigate complex environments, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders across Sales, Client delivery, Client product, Technology, and Finance to translate business vision into a clear scope and prioritized roadmap.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple, concurrent projects from ideation, requirements gathering, and scoping through to development, UAT, business implementation, and post-launch analysis.
  • Analyze existing business workflows to identify bottlenecks and key opportunities for improvement, with a focus on implementing workflow management systems, RPA, and AI solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and translation of business jargon into technical requirements.
  • Champion a culture of transparency by developing and maintaining clear project plans, status dashboards, and keeping all parties informed of progress, challenges, and decisions.
  • Expertly elicit, document, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure the final product meets the intended goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Lead structured business change management activities, including impact analysis, communications, and training, to ensure the successful embedding and adoption of new initiatives and maximize their long-term value.

Experience in hybrid roles combining Business-side Product Management and Project Management is essential. A strong professional background in the digital advertising industry, including media agencies, publishers, AdTech companies, or related fields, is also required.

Additionally, experience and knowledge of structured business change management methodologies, such as Prosci/ADKAR, are necessary to maximize the effect of embedding new initiatives.

Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and the ability to apply them appropriately is crucial.
