Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Hilton Hotels. As a Food and Beverage Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest quality standards for our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service by receiving orders and serving customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Understand menu content, including menu changes and promotional activities, to ensure accurate and informed service.
  • Maintain a clean and well-prepared service area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Efficiently manage the settlement of customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest queries in a polite and helpful manner, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Friendly, positive, and energetic disposition, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Motivated to learn new skills and techniques, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • Smart and tidy appearance, with excellent communication skills in the local language.
  • Flexible, reliable, and responsive to a range of work situations, with the ability to manage multiple customer types and inquiries.
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and mixing of drinks, with previous food hygiene experience.
  • Electronic ordering systems experience and cash handling skills are also essential.
