Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant looking to take your skills to the next level? We are seeking a senior consultant to lead ERP implementation projects, working closely with our proprietary HomebuilderONE solution.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a pathway to Solution Architect based on performance and delivery impact. You will be responsible for full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, mapping business processes to native D365 functionality and creating comprehensive implementation artefacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle implementations from discovery through go-live
  • Map business processes to native D365 functionality and design scalable best-practice solutions
  • Create and manage comprehensive implementation artefacts including process flows, functional specs, test scripts, and training plans
  • Own delivery execution with the support of a dedicated Project Manager and Technical Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven success as a D365 Functional Consultant with end-to-end ownership of ERP project delivery
  • Expertise in Job Cost Accounting, especially within project-driven or field-based industries
  • Practical experience across Project Management Accounting (PMA), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Field Service modules
  • Commercial fluency and ability to relate confidently to client operating realities
  • Outstanding communication skills that build trust with stakeholders and collaborate effectively
