Job Description

This role is ideal for a seasoned project professional with expertise in delivering technology projects, particularly around Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will lead the delivery of end-to-end technology projects, typically between 3 months and 12 months, for clients implementing or upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM implementations and upgrades.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various industries.
  • Define project scope, create delivery plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, issue resolution, and strategic guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering ERP, CRM, or business systems projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 - FinOps, Business Central, Customer Engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with medium timelines (3 - 6 months).
  • Strong understanding of cloud technology projects and ERP / CRM implementation lifecycles.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with both waterfall and agile delivery models.
