Customer Service Ambassador

Take advantage of a dynamic position that combines various roles, such as reception, guest events, housekeeping and food service. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, planning and promoting activities, maintaining the property and guest rooms, and ensuring food hygiene and compliance.
- Reception: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless check-in processes.
- Guest Activities: Develop and promote engaging events and activities for our guests.
- Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the property and guest rooms.
- Food & Beverage: Ensure the preparation and service of food and beverages meet health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in similar roles, such as duty manager, receptionist, waiter/waitress, or cleaner within an accommodation-based hospitality setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- RSA certification is essential, and a First Aid certificate is desirable.
