Customer Service Ambassador

Our Retail Support Team is seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to join their fast-paced environment. This role involves servicing approximately 15,000 Retailers and Distributors nationally.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to innovate and think outside the box. They will provide support to Retailers or Distributors, amending or reviewing daily/weekly allocations, processing weekly returns, reviewing credits and charges on invoices, and troubleshooting external self-service portals.
