Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role, handling complaints, and finding solutions to complex problems.

The customer service ambassador will work closely with the team to ensure that all customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, and that our customers receive the highest level of service at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a contact centre
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to build strong rapport and empathise with customers
  • Proficient knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite

In addition to the above skills and qualifications, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, resilient, and able to manage multiple computer systems at once. Abstract thinking and a high level of critical thinking are also essential for this role.
