Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via outbound calls and handling a high volume of inbound calls.
Main Responsibilities:- Making proactive calls to clients as part of promotional campaigns.
- Providing empathetic, accurate, and professional support to clients via phone.
- Booking and managing appointments using our CRM system.
- Following up on leads generated from direct marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience working in fast-paced contact centre environments, and proficiency with CRM platforms.
