Key Responsibilities
  • Telephone Etiquette: Respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Social Media Management: Update and maintain our social media presence to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Tech Savviness: Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing technology systems to enhance workflow and productivity.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Client Onboarding: Provide personalized tours to potential clients and assist with onboarding new tenants.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also possessing the ability to work independently when necessary.

  • Administration Experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Australia Work Authorisation: preferred
  • Day Shift Availability: required
