Job Description">

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Intake Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of new clients and maintaining maximum occupancy rates for various funding streams.

You will manage referrals via multiple channels, accurately and efficiently complete data entry using our Client Database, maintain waitlists, and monitor targets.

Additionally, you will provide information about our organization and other community options that can assist clients in their needs.

Requirements
  • Experience with data entry, referral management, portals, and other referral media.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn and adapt to various client management systems.
  • Well-developed customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
