We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restorative Justice Specialist to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for victims of family violence.

**About the Role**: As a key member of our Victim Services, Support and Reform team, you will oversee the development and implementation of trauma-informed restorative options that promote healing and justice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Developing and delivering effective restorative processes for victims of family violence
  • Mentoring and coaching our practice team to ensure best practice
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures that underpin restorative justice practice

**Requirements**: A tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in restorative justice practice, team leadership, and mentoring are essential. Your expertise in restorative justice theories and practices, combined with your passion for supporting victims of family violence, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
