Sydney or Hybrid: We seek a driven professional to own client relationships, driving retention, renewals, and growth through proactive success strategies and trusted advisorship.

About the Role

This permanent full-time role is based in Sydney with flexible work-life balance arrangements. You'll manage account portfolios for retention and customer satisfaction, build strong client relationships and anticipate needs, drive adoption of solutions through strategic success initiatives, collaborate with Sales and Product teams for seamless onboarding and support, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with BDMs for deal closure, monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues, gather client insights to inform product development and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage account portfolios for retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong client relationships and anticipate needs.
  • Drive adoption of solutions through strategic success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams for seamless onboarding and support.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with BDMs for deal closure.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues.
  • Gather client insights to inform product development and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Background in financial crime compliance, fraud, or identity solutions (desirable).
  • Experience with SaaS/technology solutions and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player mindset with a results-driven approach.
