Your New Role and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement agile methodologies on a new multi-year program.
  • Manage end-to-end Agile project delivery, including planning, backlog refinement, sprint management, scope definition, dependencies, risks, and milestone tracking.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and support the Product Owner(s) in defining goals, refining backlogs, and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Develop high-performing teams through self-organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Demonstrate experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Maintain and improve Agile tools such as Azure Dev Ops and other software.
  • Possess knowledge of Agile frameworks, Design Thinking, and Human-Centred Design principles.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and conflict resolution techniques.
