Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Ground Transport initiatives. As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns that drive growth, enhance the customer journey, and support commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in campaign development, marketing strategy, and driving commercial results. They will possess strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and assessing ROI.

  • Lead the execution of our Ground Transport go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Act as the marketing SME on projects, offering expert guidance and feedback to ensure alignment with our brand.
  • Develop and execute B2C Property marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver engaging and effective campaigns.
  • Partner with business units to launch new products in line with project milestones.
  • Oversee signage design, installation, and removal where required.
  • Optimise digital marketing activities to build online presence and drive conversions.
  • Manage the Ground Transport marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Monitor performance using data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of industry experience.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign development, marketing strategy, and driving commercial outcomes.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and assessing ROI.
  • Skilled communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across strategic and operational levels.
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data to generate actionable insights.
