Qualifications
  • 15+ years in senior leadership roles, including 5+ years managing multi-country P&Ls.
  • Distinct business acumen and thorough understanding of the SEAP Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Proven P&L track record and strategic execution in multicultural settings.
  • Graduate with a preference for a business/marketing focus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to balance local/global priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
