    Qualifications and Requirements
    • 15+ years in senior leadership roles, including 5+ years managing multi-country P&Ls in SEAP.
    • Distinct business acumen and thorough understanding of the SEAP Automotive Aftermarket.
    • Proven P&L track record and strategic execution in multicultural settings.
    • Graduate with a preference for a business/marketing focus. MBA a distinct advantage.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to balance local/global priorities.
