As a Regional Business Leader, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our business across multiple states. You will oversee sales performance, manage operating income, and lead your team to achieve strategic objectives.

About the Role
  • Drive Growth: Achieve regional sales and operating income targets by implementing national strategies and negotiating new business contracts.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Train and coach direct reports, setting performance objectives, and providing ongoing support to ensure staff are properly trained and qualified.
  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Uphold high standards of OH&S and environmental matters, ensuring safe practices across regions and compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance Market Presence: Promote Air Liquide Healthcare by building relationships with key industry decision-makers, managing agent networks, and ensuring access to products and services.
  • Oversee Regional Operations: Manage resource allocation, conduct regular audits, and report on financial performance, new business potential, and market activity.
About You
  • Tertiary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry.
  • Strong management, operations, and business development skills.
  • Proven leadership ability with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • High-level computer literacy, including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM/invoicing systems.
