
Regional Business Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our business strategy across multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the regional automotive aftermarket. They will be responsible for developing and executing a regional strategy aligned with global objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability through market penetration, product innovation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a regional strategy that aligns with global objectives, drives revenue growth, and improves operational efficiency.
- IDentify opportunities for growth and forge strategic partnerships to enhance market share.
- P&L Accountability
- Oversee regional P&L, budgets, and financial forecasting to achieve full financial and business metrics.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising growth or quality.
- Market Expansion
- Lead market-entry strategies for emerging economies and develop country sales plans to drive business growth.
- Team Development
- Build, mentor, and retain a multicultural leadership team focused on performance-driven culture with talent development and succession planning.
- Stakeholder Management
- Strengthen relationships with governments, distributors, and key clients to enhance business partnerships.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and global compliance standards to mitigate risks.
- Innovation & Digital Transformation
- Champion digital initiatives to enhance operational agility and promote sustainable practices aligned with ESG goals.
- 15+ years in senior leadership roles, including 5+ years managing multi-country P&Ls.
- Demonstrated business acumen and thorough understanding of the regional automotive aftermarket.
- Proven P&L track record and strategic execution in multicultural settings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience in volatility, and ability to balance local/global priorities.
- Highly developed skill and expertise in customer interaction, negotiation, and issue resolution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and local language.
- Demonstrates a leadership style that aligns with company values.
- High degree of credibility, professional competency, and personal integrity and commitment.
- Positive working attitude and self-discipline.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
