About the Job

This is a pivotal position within our busy and creative on-air radio team, where you'll provide support with various tasks.

You will work closely with colleagues to process payroll, prepare contributor agreements, pull together reports and briefings, share updates with the team, and provide on-the-spot training. Additionally, you'll lend a hand with live events and outside broadcasts.

On the finance side, you'll be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining expenditure trackers, and assisting with end-of-month forecasting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the radio team with payroll processing, contributor agreements, reports and briefings, and team updates.
  • Provide occasional on-the-spot training and assist with live events and outside broadcasts.

Requirements
  • A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience providing both administrative and finance support.
  • A background in rostering or logistics is highly regarded, with knowledge of payroll systems an advantage.
