About the Role:

This pivotal role involves serving as a key support person for a dynamic radio team.

  • Collaborating with colleagues, your day-to-day tasks will be varied and fast-paced.
  • Responsibilities include managing payroll, preparing contributor agreements and staff engagements.
  • Additionally, you will assist with live events and outside broadcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Processing invoices and maintaining meticulous expenditure records.
  2. Assisting with end-of-month forecasting and budgeting.
  3. Providing administrative and financial support to the team.
About You:

We are seeking a natural communicator who is an excellent team player and has a talent for building positive working relationships.

  • You will require strong organisational skills and be able to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Experience providing admin and finance support is essential.
  • A background in rostering or logistics is desirable but not necessary.
