Employment type: On-going, full-time role

Base salary: $88k - $94k p.a. (reflective of experience)

The Role

In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to support for a busy and creative on-air radio team. You'll work alongside radio support colleagues with a varied, fast-paced day-to-day that includes processing payroll, preparing contributor agreements and staff engagements, pulling together reports and briefings, sharing updates with the team, and providing on-the-spot training. You'll also lend a hand with live events and outside broadcasts. On the finance side, you'll process invoices, keep expenditure trackers, and assist with end-of-month forecasting.

Responsibilities
  • Support a busy on-air radio team with payroll processing, contributor agreements, staff engagements, reports and briefings, and team updates.
  • Provide occasional on-the-spot training and assist with live events and outside broadcasts.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and a natural team player who can build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to juggle priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience providing both administrative and finance support; proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Background in rostering or logistics; ideally with payroll system know-how.
  • Comfortable working with both remote and face-to-face teams; quick to learn.
