(reflective of experience)The Role In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to support for a busy and creative on-air radio team.
Working alongside radio support colleagues, your day-to-day will be varied and fast-paced, with tasks like processing payroll, preparing contributor agreements and staff engagements, pulling together reports and briefings, sharing updates with the team, and offering the occasional bit of on-the-spot training.
You'll also lend a hand with live events and outside broadcasts.
On the finance side, you'll process invoices, keep meticulous expenditure trackers, and assist with end of month forecasting.
Position Description: 50056463 UNIT COORDINATOR.pdf About You We're looking for someone who's a natural communicator, a great team player and comfortable building positive working relationships.
You'll need strong organisational skills, be able to juggle priorities, and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat.
You'll have solid experience providing both admin and finance support, be confident with Microsoft Office, have a background in rostering or logistics, and ideally have some know-how with a payroll system.
Most importantly, you'll be quick to pick things up and be comfortable working with both a remote and face to face team.
