Location: Head Office – Parramatta, NSW
Job Type: Part-time or Full - time

We're seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Parramatta. This role is more than coordination — it's about walking alongside people with disability, amplifying their voice, and helping them navigate the NDIS with clarity, confidence, and care.
What You'll Be Doing
Build genuine, trusting relationships with participants, families, and support networks
Help participants understand their NDIS plan, funding, and available supports
Connect clients with appropriate services, allied health professionals, and community supports
Support psychosocial recovery and goal achievement through tailored care planning
Facilitate assessments to determine funding needs (e.g. complex home modifications)
Coach and empower clients to build confidence and make the most of their plan
Maintain regular communication and respond to feedback with a commitment to improvement
Prepare and attend plan review meetings, including reports and goal setting
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all organisational policies and WHS standards
What You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with solid understanding of NDIS guidelines
Certificate IV in Disability, Allied Health qualification, or relevant sector experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and overcome complex challenges
Current Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
