About the Role

As a full-time Investigations Case Manager, you will be part of a diverse team based in Newcastle/Sydney, working on a 12-month contract. You will have the flexibility to work from home and will be responsible for:

  • Creating clear and detailed reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations
  • Using Maltego to screen and assess claims by gathering and analyzing public data from various sources
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, providing updates and insights
  • Ensuring all data is accurate and aligns with claim certifications while adhering to privacy and confidentiality
  • Handling administrative tasks related to reviews, including creating reports, managing correspondence, and recording actions

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proficiency in using Maltego for open-source intelligence and data analysis
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data, with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Able to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
