About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten Rochedale South centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to all staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Programs: Ensure the delivery of high-quality early learning programs, aligned with the Early Years Learning Development Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Staff Management: Manage staffing rosters efficiently, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of the centre and its children.
  • Financial Management: Effectively manage the financial requirements of the centre, ensuring budget guidelines are met.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children, and the local business community.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree as approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience: Experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
  • Certifications: Current blue card, first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
  • Knowledge: Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework, National Quality Standards, and Quality Improvement Plan.
